(A) With 120Hrs of Training:

  1. One (1) Skills Evaluation Certificate [ SEC/SEC(K) ]
  2. Minimum six (6) years of construction experience in Singapore

(B) With 02 SEC(K):

  • Two (2) recognised Skills Evaluation Certificates [ SEC/SEC(K) ] of different trades
  • Minimum four (4) years of construction experience in Singapore
